Bio: Mark has focused on applying structured thinking and data-led, rigorous financial planning to major events and sports marketing, finance and economics. His industry experience includes business development roles at Eurosport Television, The NBA and Williams F1. He founded MTC, which has led the application of a modern, data-led, structured approach to major event investment and sports M&A. His experience includes 14 NBA stadia projects, The NBA’s Global Growth plan, F1 Rocks, optimisation of F1 for MTI Singapore, 2018 World Cup and the Russian Football League, UEFA Champions League, America’s Cup, ETCC, Formula E and greenfield developments of automotive and innovation hubs. Mark sat on the Commercial Working Group of Formula One Team’s Association, is an external expert advisor to Boston Consulting Group on sports and media, a visiting lecturer at the Diplomatic School of the University of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia (MIGIMO) and is part of UKTI’s Sochi 2014/Rio 2016 Olympic working group.
